The ball given to POTUS could mean that Putin is telling the Cabal that now POTUS has information from him & the "ball is in POTUS court" to do what he wants with the information.
The ball transfer could also be a symbol to the Cabal that Putin did indeed give POTUS information….they love their symbols.
