Explain to me how this is not unconstitutional?
Because what's the use of state militias or freedom of speech or even the clause to keep gov in check even the pursuit of happiness when you live in a over reaching gov.?
IDC either way but it screams unconstitutional to me. Treason is such a stupid term to me anyways.
