here is something anon found after being here and working with the anons.

deep research and concentration on a subject which benefited our fight for truth stops the tinnitus as anon is engrossed in chasing down leads, reading and anaylsing research, transcripts and books as well as taking notes from rallies, bakering, making videos and memes.

still suffer from tinnutus when anons own problems try to over whelm anon but even this can be solved by first delay, than figure out a solution and deal with the issue.

never went to college or structure.
