In my opinion we’ve crossed over the threshold where the biggest risk factor remaining is ironically (by far) Evil Q.

Way below that would be a dead man’s switch somewhere or some kind of fucked up false flag. If “they” wanted to/could trigger a civil war they would have. Feels like we’re either nearing the end of the play (or imo) they’re negotiating the terms of their surrender.
