I was never convinced that the 'space aliens' weren't just creatures that evolved into high tech long before humans. So if there is another race of highly advanced creatures, they aren't 'aliens from space' but . . . some species that evolved into super intelligence and was so smart that they hid themselves from view.
that is what I think but 'if' there were these other creatures, why would they have to be from space?
I can't conclude that I know if there are or are not. I'm mostly convinced that there are not: either space aliens or lumerians who evolved first.

my guess is that 'micro targetting' of war mongers doesn't need to be nuclear explosions.
Technology has advanced sufficently that war mongering psycho paths, when they cross certain lines and do horrible stuff, should fear that they will 'die suddenly' and it will all just seem to be just what might happen to anyone of their age.
