Investigators are examining the Chinese Bulk Carrier Yi Peng 3 in relation to a pair of severed Data Cables in the Baltic Sea. The Ship passed near the Cables around the time they were cut on Sunday and Monday. Sweden is investigating potential involvement, while Germany’s Defense Minister stated the Incident is likely to be Sabotage, possibly "Hybrid Warfare." The Ship is owned by Ningbo Yipeng Shipping, based in China, but the Company has not responded for Comment. The Danish Navy is reportedly shadowing the Vessel as it attempts to flee the Baltic.
