Watch this video again (start around 8:00) and look at the body language of the two on the right. At 8:13 right after Conway says "real bread, real dough" they both visibly react.
The guy reaches up and covers his mouth then leans forward and readjusts himself in his seat and then brings his hand up again and grabs the bridge of his nose with thumb and index finger.
The Woman hears crumbs and reflexively reaches to check her own pulse then at "real bread, real dough" she leans back, crosses her arms and grabs her hips in a sort of bracing, guarded gesture.
I've watched it repeatedly and they look like "Oh shit!" type reactions. It would be interesting to hear what a body language expert would say.
