something is going on for sure. Their historic markers were pretty high prior to 2000, dropped to historic lows by 2008 and have remained relatively steady since. Not sure how good of an indicator that is in terms of Rothschild manipulation considering they were admittedly part of the Russian Central Banking System throughout that time. I would be interested to know when that all started, however.
