Dems call Allan Lichtman an “Election Nostradamus.” He came up with this surefire way to predict elections. Although, it’s not so sure-fire because he hasn’t been right every time, and he got 2024 wrong in a big way, which is a big sore spot for him, as you’ll see later.

Mr. Lichtman claims he came up with “13 keys” to predict the election.

Wikipedia:

The Keys to the White House, also known as the 13 keys, is a prediction system for determining the outcome of presidential elections in the United States. It was developed by American historian Allan Lichtman and Russian geophysicist Vladimir Keilis-Borok in 1981, adapting methods that Keilis-Borok designed for earthquake prediction.[a]

The system is a thirteen-point checklist that uses true-or-false statements: when five or fewer items on the checklist are false, the nominee of the incumbent party is predicted to win the election, but when six or more items on the checklist are false, the nominee of the challenging party is predicted to win.[2][3][4] Some of the items on the checklist involve qualitative judgment, and therefore the system relies heavily on the knowledge and analytical skill of whoever attempts to apply it.

Using the keys, Lichtman has successfully predicted nine of the last eleven presidential elections held since 1984,[5][6][7] often making his prediction months, or sometimes years in advance.[8][9] However, he incorrectly predicted that Kamala Harris would win the 2024 election,[10] and the nature and accuracy of his predictions for Al Gore in 2000 (who lost the election though won the popular vote) and Donald Trump in 2016 (who won the election though lost the popular vote) have been disputed.[7][11]

To his credit, Lichtman did correctly predict President Trump’s 2016 victory. However, for 2024, he fell into the same trap as so many pollsters and media elites—the thought of another Trump presidency was simply too much to bear. Instead of facing reality, they tried to “wish” it away, and as a result, Lichtman misfired spectacularly on 2024.

Which brings us to one of the most unforgettable cable news clashes you’ll ever see—a fiery showdown between radical leftist Cenk Uygur and Allan Lichtman. Still reeling from the election loss, Cenk lashed out at Lichtman, throwing insults and repeatedly reminding him that his predictions were far from reliable. Lichtman, visibly rattled, didn’t take kindly to the criticism and had what can only be described as a live-on-air meltdown.

At one point, Lichtman was so flustered that he let his true colors show, calling it “blasphemy” for Cenk to criticize him. That single word revealed everything about the self-inflated ego of these so-called academics. They operate with a “Jesus complex,” placing themselves on a pedestal, untouchable even when they fail spectacularly. No matter how badly they mess up, they still expect to be revered as godlike and above reproach.

The narcissism runs deep with these “scholarly” types.

And what is all this self-love and gloating for? A pat on the back for being blatantly wrong? Remarkably wrong…

If you’re in the job of predictions, and you fail miserably to get a prediction right, you should probably quit your day job.

However, our own Darren Beattie put it best when he said this about Allan’s mental breakdown:

So, is it now more important to write books about your predictions than to actually get those predictions right? That’s the level of absurdity we’ve reached with these so-called “experts.” The problem for them is multi-layered, but two major factors stand out:

First, they’re so blinded by their own political ideology that they can’t see straight. Second, those who actually do see the writing on the wall are too afraid to tell the truth. They know that if they step out of line and speak honestly to the rabid left-wing mob, they’ll be ostracized, canceled, and literally devoured by the mob.

Think about this: President Trump ran one of the most effective campaigns in modern history. It was so successful that he gained voters in nearly every demographic and led a Republican to win the popular vote for the first time in decades. Yet, somehow, Allan Lichtman sits there with a straight face, claiming Trump’s campaign was the worst he’s ever seen. According to him, the winner is the problem, and the loser bears no responsibility.

This backward logic perfectly illustrates the DEI mentality that has infiltrated the very core of the Democratic Party. It’s a mindset that rewards failure, shifts blame, and excuses incompetence—all while ignoring the realities staring them in the face. Is it any wonder they’re crumbling faster than a stale cookie?

There’s a massive “groupthink” problem within the Democratic Party. Until they allow room for differing opinions and stop demanding everyone walk in lockstep, these kinds of blindsiding losses will keep happening. Whether it’s because they can’t see the obvious or they’re too scared to say it out loud, their self-imposed echo chamber means they will remain willfully blind to reality, and their so-called “experts” will keep taking these types of humiliating hits along the way.
