Not propaganda, that is the system. The cops had a choice and didn't enforce the law. Many of the rioters weren't wearing masks yet cops were body slamming parents in front of their children for not wearing masks. Yet when they had to take a Covid shot they hid behind the PBA lawyers as personal choice. Do some research.
