There will always be bullies, and greedy people, and inconsiderate people, and then there are the people who stand up to them.

So no, we can't all just get along.

Going along to get along results in the bullies, greedy people, and inconsiderate people staying that way.

Prior to the flood, people lived to be nearly 1000 years old.

But people became so evil that God destroyed the world with a flood and also made it so that people wouldn't live so long.

To the point where 70 is considered to be adequate, and any years after that are bonus years.

People didn't use to live minute by minute.

They let the sun be their guide for the day.

Much less stressful.

>Women argue to break a man's spirit.

I would argue that it is the other way around.

See the taming of the shrew.

A woman with a sharp tongue is eventually ground down to subservience.

Men do not want to have a valid argument with women over a topic, they just want to put them in their place in the pecking order.

The rooster rules the roost.

Might makes right.

I always figured that the anti-Christ would be Jewish.

He wants to fool everyone into thinking that he is the real Promised Messiah.

He will fool the Jews, his Chosen people.

He wants to be God.

When you hear Jewish people say, "He is here, this is the Promised Messiah.," you will know that the anti-Christ has arrived.

Matthew 24:23

At that time if anyone says to you, โ€˜Look, here is the Messiah!โ€™ or, โ€˜There he is!โ€™ do not believe it.

When Jesus returns, the whole world will know without a doubt that Jesus is God. Every knee will bow and every tongue will confess that Jesus is Lord, the real Messiah.

Unlike many Jewish holidays, Hanukkah (also known as the Festival of Lights) is not mentioned in the Bible. The historical events upon which the celebration is based are recorded in Maccabees I and II, two books contained within a later collection of writings known as the Apocrypha.
