The Ukraine war could be ended pretty quickly. I think that if Ukraine moved their 500 chemical factories off of Russian borders and destroyed those facilities, agree not to become a NATO member, and give Russia control of the areas where the Ukrainians failed to protect Russians, that could end the war. A little property damage but no more lives lost. I think that Putin would agree to those terms because those were his gripes.
