They can range from breaking blood vessels, to dislodging Cartlidge and can also cause burns depending on the frequencies that they use. I actually had a small rolling toolbox jump a few inches and I believe they were targeting me from close to a block away.
Now some said it is just because he is on blood thinners but even so, that will still require some type of injury mark. And another thing, seniors go on blood thinners because they were targeted for a duration by cyanide which makes your blood thicker. A rich man like Leno, doesn't live close enough to neighbors to be targeted like this, so I highly doubt it unless they know if he a routine and can target him elsewhere.
Unfortunately, many will not consider these things and most of you and your loved ones will eventually die from these types of under the radar attacks, attributing everything to old age, bad genes story by the doctors, or the wheel of misfortune. I have figured much of this out only because we are targeted so frequently by arious nefarious means.
