Can post images from any country including US. But after a couple, it freezes and won't upload. Clearing cookies and IP hopping fixes it temporarily.

Well now I need to go back and change my vote
Can post images and short videos. But usually fails at 11MB or larger files. Eventually images break and have to IP hop again. It's strange.
What's your IP so we can whitelist it for further images
