All Jack Smith is doing is preserving the case to try to get Trump after his second term is over.

This is also what they are trying to do in NY, by delaying Trump's sentencing.

Under current law, the NY convictions and judgements cannot be appealed until after sentencing. So, they are just putting things off to try to get Trump 4 years down the road.

Trump's DOJ must clean house and convict these fuckers to avoid it all starting over again in 4 years.
