Governor Ron DeSantis just issued a warning that he will prosecute any local officials who refuse to comply with President Trump's mass deportation orders. DeSantis signed a law banning sanctuary cities a few years ago.
"Florida is NOT a sanctuary state, and we banned sanctuary cities during my first year as governor. Local officials have no authority to obstruct federal enforcement of immigration laws, and any who attempt such obstruction in Florida will be held accountable."
It's safe to say Homan won't have any trouble in Florida.
