Well, I don't ingest mainstream media for the most part.
I watched cartoons as a kid, but as I grew older I am getting most of my information from the internet.
I watch some content on social issues and gaming mostly; my content is typically right leaning.
I voted for Trump and followed along the 4chan movements for broadcasting his campaign.
So most of my information is right leaning, some third position.
I don't think it is the media that is doing anything to me, if anything the media I consume is allowing me new perspective to see rationally that it is a disorder and not to be indulged.
Like I said, I'm not looking to be "healed" or "fixed". I am comfortable as I am and I am mostly happy and full of joy in my daily life.
