No. Another guy was causing problems and the business called the police. The business and other customers said the deaf guy didn't do anything. They attacked him solely on the word of the guy they called the cops on.
The guy who the business called the cops on refused to leave the store and was being aggressive with other customers according to the business. When the cops questioned him, he said the deaf guy had tried to steal his bike and pointed at him across the street. The business and other customers said that the deaf guy never did anything.
So they get a call from a business about an agressive person who refuses to leave. When they get there, that person the business called the cops on tells them that black guy over there tried to steal his bike. So instead of doing any investigation or asking the witnesses, they go attack the guy.
