Anyone else watching all the Janet flights? WTF are they doing at 51?

"As of November 2023, the U.S. Air Force is looking for a new civilian contractor to operate the Janet fleet. In a solicitation, they outline that a potential new operator would have to operateup to 190 flights per week"

That is a BUNCH of people to move. 190 flights a week is about half of what a larger regional airport does so a bunch of flights.
