Incorrect. As described above TDC phones lost the ability to call emergency services, and since most of Copenhagen uses TDC as their service provider our police force had to step in with extra patrols in case anyone was in an emergency and could not call emergency services.

This is semi-incorrect. Train services has been down all day in the Jylland region, but the rest of Denmark has been unaffected.
And particularly, Copenhagen where the extra patrols were set in is not in the Jylland region.
