Yes, it discusses the background and mission of the Q group inside the NSA, working with FBI and local Police, including surveillance.
I'm not "self-verifying", i'm supporting my claim by giving more information as to why I believe it's notable.
He said not DOE, but he didn't say not No Such Agency.
He specifically asks about the Q group and who has the full picture. He even stated it's IMPORTANT to understand.

Why do so many informed Anons ask questions instead of giving us the answers to paint the picture?
I think a lot of folks are underestimating the power of truth and how it resonates with those who are honest and awake to criminality and corruption.

For me, we have been lied to for so long, it sucks to still be fed information through obfuscation. Clear and honest information, if and hopefully when it comes, will be an incredible breath of fresh air.
