I don't know how to get accountability without some kind of identifier, anon. But I agree with you in principle. Anons want to be able to choose/reject bakers based on work product. And when bakers try to handoff and can't tell who's who, they don't know which end is up, just wastes time.
That latter isn't a reason to namefag tho. Former is.
It's not complacency on my part.
