The only thing I see in this they for some reason the FBI somehow is on the list of disclosures from the CIA about foreign nations infrastructure. Obviously this is from what seems like a spy working at a Russian facility.

I see a couple names in there like Shullman or whatever.

All I’m taking away from this is that it may have something to do with theft of nuclear materials in the 50s and tracking its movement idk. And the fbi and the cia are one in the same
