the marine was trained in by the government. it is a misappropriation and misuse of decommissioned military equipment.
the marine WILL remove the gas mask when ordered, NO QUESTIONS ASKED. the marine is total property of the u.s. military/government.
if the training was used, and even to the point of failure to deliver proper training, as the choke-hold was applied incorrectly.
So, are marines running around in service with faulty training? Who paid the for the "martial arts" program and to whom was the payment?
It seems their shit either doesn't work, or the military failed to decommission it's assets before being released from contract, or both.
