Yes absolutely. Read the Bible and Koran. They overlap in their description of the End Times. The World will absolutely unite. For the record there's a difference between Christians and followers of Christ.

The Elect will see him as the false messiah. But the mainstream world will fall. God said vengeance is His. This is a hard pill to swallow. This means that God will execute His divine judgement after the period of probation, allowing for Salvation. Just as Jesus delayed in healing Lazarus, He will delay in His return. The AntiChrist will step in and deliver the Justice that we have begged for, but it will not be God's judgement. It will be a counterfeit.
