Federal Government Employees Better Get Lawyers! Many Have Violated 18 U.S.C. §241

The Censorship gang in various agencies and departments of the federal government, should RUN AND HIDE as fast as they can, because a LOT of them have committed violation of 18 USC §241 "Conspiracy against Rights."

For the four years of the Biden Regime, a LOT of federal officials took it upon themselves to work with corporations like Facebook (META), Twitter (X), Reddit, Instagram, Whatsapp, and other social media outlets, to suppress, censor, and even ban Americans for speech.

Much of the banning, shadow banning, being put in social media "jail", (etc.) had to do with COVID and the now-known-PHONY and deadly clot shot "vaccine." Anyone who raised questions or doubt about COVID, or the so-called "vaccine" was ruthlessly suppressed.

That effort was a criminal act: violation of 18 USC §241 "Conspiracy Against Rights."

The law is simple:

“If two or more persons conspire to injure, oppress, threaten, or intimidate any person in any State, Territory, Commonwealth, Possession, or District in the free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege secured to him by the Constitution or laws of the United States, or because of his having so exercised the same; or

If two or more persons go in disguise on the highway, or on the premises of another, with intent to prevent or hinder his free exercise or enjoyment of any right or privilege so secured—

They shall be fined under this title or imprisoned not more than ten years, or both; and if death results from the acts committed in violation of this section or if such acts include kidnapping or an attempt to kidnap, aggravated sexual abuse or an attempt to commit aggravated sexual abuse, or an attempt to kill, they shall be fined under this title or imprisoned for any term of years or for life, or both, or may be sentenced to death.”

Folks in government, and in social media companies did in fact, commit federal crimes: each and every time you censored someone for their speech. A violation of Constitutionally protected rights, also protected by 18 USC §241.

These activities were, in fact, crimes. Violations of 18 USC 241.

Here's the ironic punch line: What the government employees and social media companies were calling "mis-information, dis-information, and mal-information" was, in fact, the truth! Worse, what those same people called "truth" and "facts" and "safe" were NOT.

South Korea President Faces Impeachment & Treason Charges After Power Usurping Coup Attempt

President Yoon Suk Yeol on Tuesday said he had no choice but to resort to declaring martial law to safeguard order.

He accused opposition parties for allegedly taking hostage of parliament to throw the country into a crisis and for sympathising with North Korea.

‘I declare martial law to protect the free Republic of Korea from the threat of North Korean communist forces, to eradicate the despicable pro-North Korean anti-state forces that are plundering the freedom and happiness of our people, and to protect the free constitutional order,’ he said.

Martial law involves the temporary rule by military authorities. It is usually invoked in time of war, rebellion, or natural disaster. Curfews are usually introduced, in addition to the suspension of civil law and civil rights. Civilians defying martial law being subjected to military tribunals. Yook did not say in the shock announcement – broadcast live on national television – what specific measures would be taken.

Troops enforcing martial law in South Korea attempted to enter the building of the National Assembly of the country, and there is a clash with citizens at the entrance. This was reported by the YTN television channel.

The South Korea parliament later ‘dissolved’ the Martial Law by vote, which they had the Constitutional right to do.

In South Korea, MARTIAL LAW IS OFFICIALLY OVER, after President Yoon’s cabinet approved his decision to back down.

The heads of government departments and senior secretaries of the South Korean presidential administration have resigned amid the situation with the introduction and lifting of martial law. The leading South Korean opposition party has stated that if the president does not resign, it will initiate impeachment proceedings. The opposition intends to accuse the President of South Korea of treason for declaring martial law.

Trump's Threats Against BRICS Are Based On False Premises

Putin doesn’t hate the dollar and actually wants Russia to once again be able to use it with its partners for reasons of convenience, but it was the US that forced his country to de-dollarize and pioneer alternative financial instruments out of necessity.

Trump threatened over the weekend to impose 100% tariffs on those BRICS members that either help create a new BRICS currency or back any replacements to the dollar. This was in response to reports over the past year of Russia’s BRICS chairmanship about this group’s alleged plans. Neither BRICS’ most passionate enthusiasts nor its most zealous critics alike can admit that no new currency is on the horizon and none of its members’ currencies will replace the dollar. While it’s true that they’re using national currencies more frequently, this was only due to the need to work around the US’ unilateral sanctions on Russia that were imposed after its special operation. Russia is still an energy and agricultural superpower so its partners couldn’t comply with them without hurting their interests too.

Putin also declared during early September’s Eastern Economic Forum that “we are not conducting a policy of de-dollarisation. We did not renounce settlements in dollars; they denied us such settlements, and we were simply forced to look for other options, this is it… Why are they acting this way?”

“[The US] ruined relations with Russia, constantly impose sanctions and this, eventually, negatively affects the US and the US dollar. The whole world started contemplating whether US dollars should be used since the United States, for political reasons, restricts the use of the US dollar as a universal international payment unit. Everyone started considering this, and the volume of US dollar use is slowly, in small increments dropping both in settlements and currency reserves.”

“I believe this is a terrible mistake by the US financial authorities, because the strength of the US today is built on the dollar. And yet, they are cutting off the very foundation of their own power. It seemed to me that the dollar is like a sacred cow, something that should never be disturbed. But no, they have taken it into their own hands and essentially cut off its horns, stopped taking care of it, and instead are exploiting it recklessly…We are not engaged in a battle, our proposals are not set against the dollar.”

As can be seen, Putin doesn’t hate the dollar and actually wants Russia to once again be able to use it with its partners for reasons of convenience, but it was the US that forced his country to de-dollarize and pioneer alternative financial instruments out of necessity. This is a far cry from how he’s misportrayed by friends and foes alike, each in pursuit of diametrically opposed ideological agendas, the false impression of which was responsible for Trump’s threats against BRICS after he fell for their claims.

The reality is that while de-dollarization trends exist and have sped up since the US’ unprecedented sanctions against Russia nearly three years ago, they’re nowhere near challenging the dollar’s dominance, and a lot of what’s already been achieved can realistically be reversed or decelerated. All that Trump has to do is lift these selfsame sanctions, though he’s unlikely to do so unilaterally, let alone all at once. He’ll want to receive something from Russia first, but Russia might not be able to provide it.

Therein lies the dilemma that Trump’s found himself in. Incipient de-dollarization trends pose a latent threat to one of the pillars upon which the US’ unipolar hegemony is maintained. It won’t materialize anytime soon, but downplaying or ignoring it could prove disastrous in the long term. At the same time, while the solution of lifting the sanctions is simple enough, it’s politically unfeasible in the current context given domestic and international pressures.

Constructive criticism is all. Trump doesn't seem to understand WHY the BRICS nations are undermining the US Dollar and bypassing it. It is because the US Dollar has been weaponized and being used to try to control and subvert other nations and intervene in their own affairs. If Trump promises to weaponize it more, BRICS will only expand and further de-dollarize in the future, at least that is the potential consequence.
