trumps 51st state "joke" and fox news and maga accounts on x running with it and disrespecting canadians is really bad optics. canada is americas most important trading partner but now i think canadians are wanting out. the new administration is attaching the 25% tariff to a $100b deficit from sucky business deals that could've gone either way. after canada follows through on its promises, how do we know trump won't shift the goalposts further eroding the u.s.-canada relationship?
