@JoeyCamp2020 Professional? Not sure.
-
Let himself be seen on CCTV (beautifully staged, too)
-
Approached in bright light (did not confront victim, so revenge seems less likely)
-
Could have used rifle to attack invisibly but used pistol instead
-
Performed murder in front of witnesses
-
Seemed in no hurry to leave

The set up (seen 20 minutes earlier at Starbucks) -probably had significant makeup and knew the camera.
Non-confrontational. This must have been difficult, but required so it doesn't look personal.
But it was personal. Options to use long range rifle rather than a silenced pistol. This was very personal.
Confidence in his disguise.
The police said it was a city bike, but then later retracted that.
Then the "jam" which left a unspent cartridge with the words Deny, Defend, Depose engraved. Clearly meant to leave behind.
This was a sole person, likely who had a claim denied for a loved one, who spent significant amounts of preparation and planning. He didn't tell anyone. He was methodical. The plans no doubt took over a year. The exit route, the fake e-bike, etc.
This wasn't a "professional hitman" in the sense that you hire someone, this was a professional hit man in the sense that this dude made himself a professional for one sole purpose.
