When looking at the CIA (and I assume other agencies)…they are set up to be able to weather an administration that is hostile to the NWO/Deep State.  The CIA has for some time (I believe) a Dark side and an Open side….The Dark side is where the CIA's activities, that they don't want congressional oversight of…or be subject to scrutiny from non-controlled  administration, are handled. 

I believe they have their own funding sources (In-Q-Tel and others) so again they are not dependent on the govt. purse.

This will be the task of the new PDJT admin….to dig out these clandestine orgs within these agencies….

I don't know what progress was made towards this goal in his first admin…
