This isn't exactly a full admission that there is alien life. It merely suggests there could be something out there. The classification part could mean a number of things.
A. They found aliens and it's classified
B. They have not, and UFOs that are classified are human tech.

Yes. My understanding is that we have no real way to communicate with any potential life outside of our solar system. Anything beyond it is way too far to ever communicate with. For us to even observe a life from those distances, they would have to have existed millions, even billions of years ago. Im not saying it's impossible for life to be out there. I will say that the odds of us ever being able to see it is nearly 0%. Even radio signals can only go the speed of light max. You also have to consider the expansion of the universe at the Big Bang (Let there be light) almost certainly created so much heat that it likely took those billions of years to cool down enough for earth to even be suitable for life. So that really only leaves life on other planets the chance to exist starting around when we did. So we would never be able to observe them in anyway due to distance.
Now, the next possible Alien would be multidimensional beings like Angels and Demons. They can be considered aliens because by definition, they are not from earth. They wouldn't have the restrictions that we do in the physical world, being spiritual beings.
