I'm all for having 'districts' chosen by the voters.
so I could lump my vote in with Independants and Non-democrats and actually have some representation.
Currently I doubt if the votes for national and state elections are fair in the Bay State.
and congress and senate seem to always be appointed when someone leaves an office.
The system is clearly broken and the districting needs to be reformed.
Also resident aliens should be distributed in an even number to all districts so no one district is just that which means that only a very few get to choose the representative because the people in the district can't actually legally vote.
