Could be coincidence, but red rear lights of black SUV illuminated when target was walking toward it (a confirmation of target)?

The back lights stayed on until the job was accomplished and then the shooter walked directly in front of that vehicle - one of only 2 cars in a row of parked cars that were obviously occupied - right in front of the passenger, if any, in the front and the occupied driver seat. Not a care in the world that they may have their phone camera on him or maybe even a weapon.

An accomplice? Or coincidence?

Maybe he was hyper-focused on his objective and blind to everything else until he started jogging.

But the car lights going on - as if confirmation - when the target's back was to the shooter, is interesting.
