then it ought to be considered that NO PARDON FOR THAT CRIME HAS BEEN GRANTED.
and if accepted that pardon, as an admission of guilt, ought to them make the person liable in CIVIL COURT to pay damages for all the offenses that are admitted by accepting the pardon!
amend the constitution and fix this horrible right for an administrator to issue blanket pardons!
