Schiff resigned as a US House representative. He was elected to the US Senate. Will be sworn in on Monday.
I'm not sure but I think it has something to do with him replacing the senator that temporarily replaced Feinstein. Andy Kim (NJ) will be sworn in with Schiff. Kim is replacing corrupt Bob Menendez.
