Shills are diagnosed with narcissistic personality disorder

Didn't make notables last thread but still want to keep this active because of how mad they get about it. Shills have a mental defect that has caused narcissistic personality disorder and when you point it out the literally HAVE to respond, they can't handle it being pointed out. See pic.
