It never ceases to amaze me why companies and (especially .gov) can't seem to keep their computer systems secure.
Yes, we need the FBI to be competent in cybersecurity. But, each organization hooked up to the 'Net should be responsible for their own security.
Apparently it's not that hard…: laziness and some expenses keep them vulnerable because they will not do the relatively simple steps to keep themselves secure.
