USE IMMUNITY

Before people start hyperventilating… its only limited use immunity, not blanket immunity.

They are only immune from evidence they give related to the charges against Manafort.

NOT for other crimes they are charged or for which the government has evidence.

In other words, the government could not turn around and use testimony in the Manafort trial against these witnesses. But those witnesses could still be charged with crimes based on other evidence (and, it's worth noting, could still be charged with perjury if they give false testimony in the Manafort case).

They may actually be setting up a perjury trap for Tony

I can't imagine they can confirm activity with Manafort that doesn't somehow touch their own activities.

I mean, what if they admit Brennan paid Manafort to run the campaign?

That would be pretty useful, and indicate that they are all clowns.

I still assume they are getting something in return…a reduced sentence, some charges dropped, etc.

>THIS PROVES that Mueller is going after HRC & BO (at least Mes thinks).

Based on the rain of news this week, I think he's going after Browder and Brennan, and the root of why Manafort volunteered for the campaign.

He was a plant.

He was paid under the table by Brennan and Browder.

All the past money laundering evidence demonstrates his prior relationship working with the CIA to do lobbying in Ukraine, paid out of black accounts from money stolen from Russia by Browder.

They followed the same pattern, and its going to bite them hard.

Unrecorded 'loans' to pay off Manafort for being a Trump plant?

It looks like the same pattern they used to pay him for his Ukraine lobbying.

On August 19, 2016, Manafort left the Trump campaign amid media reports about his previous work for a pro-Russian political party in Ukraine, including allegations he received millions of dollars in payments.

That same day, Manafort created a holding company called Summerbreeze LLC. Several weeks later, a document called a UCC filed with the state of New York shows that Summerbreeze took out a $3.5 million loan on Manafort’s home in the tony beach enclave of Bridgehampton.

Manafort’s name does not appear on the UCC filing, but Summerbreeze LLC gives his Florida address as a contact, and lists his Bridgehampton home as collateral.

A review of New York state and Suffolk County records shows the loan was made by S C 3, a subsidiary of Spruce Capital, which was co-founded by Joshua Crane, who has partnered with Donald Trump on real estate deals. Spruce is also partially funded by Ukrainian-American real-estate magnate Alexander Rovt, who tried to donate $10,000 to Trump’s presidential campaign on Election Day but had all but the legal maximum of $2,700 returned.

The mortgage notice for the loan, however, was never entered into government records by the lender. A mortgage notice normally names the lender, and gives the interest rate, the frequency with which payments must be made, and the length of the mortgage.

Real estate experts contacted by NBC News called the omission "highly unusual," though not illegal.

Summerbreeze LLC

Why is that listed in the NBC article, but it is NOWHERE in the evidence list.

Nor is Spruce, or Rovt

Was the NBC article FAKE NEWS to make Manafort appear dirty before the election?
