The Govt should put out a notice any unauthorized drones will be shot down.and if authorized the cities abd states need to know in advance. This is going on all over America. Is this the govt false flags to create panic and fear? Sounds like it. "We just don't know is not an answer from the FBI. Sounds like they are ratcheting up problems before Trump takes office.
