There is no way that lights would go out in the White House, while other power is unaffected, unless POTUS wanted it to happen.

 

We saw the lights go out

This means that somebody is going to get it but good. Complete shutdown. But who?

 

Well POTUS said intelligence agencies but he started by saying I have full faith. So this is about lights out for a particular part of the intelligence agencies. Perhaps a part of the CIA.

 

Now we also see the darkness to light transition. And POTUS repeats that's OK because he wants to reassure us, that when DARK turns to LIGHT, everything will be OK. And it is a reminder to us to reassure those around us.

 

I suspect this is connected to Mockingbird. If we are going to have arrests of MSM people who were put in place and controlled by the CIA, then it stands to reason that CIA departments and teams who are part of that whole propaganda/FakeNews project would also get shutdown. Maybe we will see a shutdown of TV networks (DARKNESS) and a special feed, taking bits from Fox, and other sources,(TO LIGHT) being transmitted on those channels.
