NY Mayor Eric Adams stuns a room full of liberal reporters with a blunt reality check about open borders and their link to sex trafficking.

“We have 500,000 children who had sponsors in this country that we can’t find. We can’t find them. We don’t know if they’re doing child labor. We don’t know if they’re doing sex crimes. We don’t know if they’re being exploited.”

“500,000 children,” he reiterated. “We don’t know where they are right now in this country.”

South Korean Defense Chief Sent Drones To Pyongyang To Spark Retaliation, Justify Martial Law: Lawmakers

Former South Korean former defense chief Kim Yong-hyun ordered a swarm of drones to North Korea's capital with hopes of provoking an attack that could be used to justify a declaration of martial law by President Yoon Suk Yeol, South Korean legislators have alleged. Meanwhile, ahead of an expected weekend impeachment vote, Yoon used an address to the nation to promise that he would fight "until the very last minute" against being removed from power.

Kim was arrested on Tuesday for his alleged role in aiding Yoon's attempt to impose military rule, suspend civil liberties and remove checks and balances – and attempted suicide shortly after midnight on Wednesday. Previous reports pointed to Kim's deployment of troops to prevent lawmakers from convening after Yoon's shocking Dec. 3 declaration of martial law. If true, the sensational new allegation from Park Beom-kye of the opposition Democratic Party suggests an entirely different layer of dangerous complicity.

“The Defense Counterintelligence Command, where former commander Yeo In-hyung – a junior to Kim at the same high school – was posted, appears to have planned [the drone deployment]," said Park in remarks in the parliament on Monday, according to The Telegraph. Citing a "credible military source," he later told reporters that the "drone operation appears to have been part of a larger plan, potentially tied to preparations for the martial law decree.”

In October, the North Korean government said it had detected multiple South Korean drones that were sent to Pyongyang to shower the capital city with propaganda leaflets. North Korea published a photo of what appears to be a drone that had crashed into a group of trees. At that time and again this week, the South Korean government declined to confirm or deny the accusation.

Totally qualified Dude calls bullshit on Drone bullshit.

Assemblyman Brian Bergen attended a briefing on Wednesday hoping for answers about unidentified drones but is met with vague excuses and no solutions. Officials admit they don’t know where the drones come from, who’s behind them, or what they mean—yet insist there’s no threat. Frustrated by the lack of effort or direction, he leaves, calling it a waste of time and a failure of responsibility.

'ILLEGAL': Dem fundraising platform ActBlue makes stunning admission about what it did before policy change

Until recently, it was apparently possible for foreign actors to pour money into Democratic campaigns via gift cards.

The GOP-led Committee on House Administration has spent over a year investigating whether the major Democratic fundraising platform ActBlue has complied with federal campaign finance laws and prevented illegal contributions.

Committee Chairman Bryan Steil (R-Wis.) issued a subpoena to ActBlue on Oct. 30 for documents related to its donor verification policies and to the potential for foreign actors — particularly from China, Iran, Russia, and Venezuela — to use the platform to launder illicit money into American political campaigns.

Steil announced Tuesday that ActBlue admitted in documents under subpoena that it did not automatically reject donations made with foreign gift cards prior to a policy change in September.

House Speaker Mike Johnson (R-La.) responded to the revelation, stating, "This is ILLEGAL."

Sen. Mike Lee (R-Utah) tweeted, "Federal campaign-finance laws apparently apply only to Republicans and exist to help Democrats."

Rep. Marc Molinaro (R-N.Y.) wrote, "Into the 3rd quarter of campaign fundraising Democrats were accepting foreign gift card donations through their Act Blue platform. As Congressional candidates were reporting millions of dollars in donations, they didn't require the CVV code verification and allowed foreign gift card donations! This is illegal and outrageous."

Joe Lonsdale, the American entrepreneur who co-founded Palantir Technologies, noted, "Those accusing the other side of collaborating with foreign powers to meddle in our elections were projecting."

The platform has since updated its donor verification policies to "automatically reject donations that use foreign prepaid/gift cards, domestic gift cards, are from high-risk/sanctioned countries, and have the highest level of risk as determined" by its anti-fraud solution provider, Sift.

'We must keep working to ensure that no foreign funds were illegally funneled into US political campaigns during this election cycle.'

Just the News reported that the policy change took place three days after Steil introduced the Secure Handling of Internet Electronic Donations Act on Sept. 6.

The bill would require political committees to collect the credit or debit card's verification value when accepting corresponding contributions over the internet.

ActBlue indicated in a Nov. 27, 2023, letter to Steil that the platform required and used card verification values on "many" but not all transactions across the site.

Furthermore, the so-called SHIELD Act would require that the card's billing address be located in the United States unless the contributor is an American national living abroad or lawfully admitted for permanent residence. In such cases, the contributor must provide the political committee with his registration address or identification document. The bill would also prohibit political committees from accepting contributions made via general-use prepaid cards, gift certificates, or store gift cards.

Steil noted in a statement that while ActBlue's policy change "is a positive step forward, there is still more work to be done to ensure our campaign finance system is fully protected from fraud and unlawful foreign interference."

CNN is releasing obviously fake and staged videos of “prisoners being released in Syria”

It’s deeply concerning to hear allegations of fake and staged videos, particularly from a trusted news outlet like CNN. The claim that CNN aired fake footage of “prisoners being released in Syria” has sparked widespread discussion and raised serious questions about journalistic ethics.

The controversial video reportedly shows CNN’s chief international correspondent, Clarissa Ward, discovering a prisoner locked in a cell for months. The footage portrays Ward and her team, accompanied by armed rebels, searching a secretive prison for clues about missing journalist Austin Tice. They find a locked cell, and after the guard shoots off the lock, they discover a man who had been deprived of food and water for three months.

The video quickly went viral, garnering praise from journalists and media personalities. However, skepticism soon followed, with critics suggesting that the footage might have been staged to create a more dramatic scene.

Israel accuses Albanese government of sparking incitement against Jews following 'anti-Israel' stance at the United Nations

The Israeli government has delivered a blistering rebuke of the Albanese government, claiming a spate of antisemitic attacks in Australia has been sparked by Labor's "anti-Israel" position at the UN.

Israel has levelled an explosive attack on the Australian government for maintaining an "anti-Israel position" on its latest vote at the United Nations.

Australia supported a UN resolution on Wednesday, which calls for an "immediate, unconditional and permanent" ceasefire in Gaza.

The resolution passed with the overwhelming support of 158 members of the General Assembly.

The federal government's vote on the matter came just over a week after Australia joined 156 other countries in demanding the end of Israel's "unlawful presence in the Occupied Palestinian Territory as rapidly as possible".

Australia's stance marked a two-decade change and a split from key allies the United States and Israel, who both voted against the motion.

Israeli Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu hasn't been afraid to criticise Australia's change of heart on the matter, with a government spokesperson doubling down on the Albanese government on Thursday.

Israel government spokesperson David Mencer suggested to Sky News the recent antisemitic attacks in Australia, including the firebombing of Melbourne's Adass Israel Synagogue, and two separate acts in the Sydney suburbs of Woollahra and Arncliffe, were linked to Labor's position on Israel.

"Our Prime Minister has made crystal clear that the deliberate burning of a synagogue in Melbourne, the attacks on Jews in Sydney - these abhorrent of antisemitism, of Jew hatred - we here in Israel certainly expect the Australian authorities to use their full weight to prevent such antisemitic acts in the future," Mr Mencer said on First Edition.

"I'll be straight with you, Israel does believe that it is impossible to separate the reprehensible act of burning down a synagogue for heaven's sake, from the extreme anti-Israeli position of your Labor government in Australia.

"It brings me no pleasure to say that whatsoever.

"Our Prime Minister has said that anti-Israel sentiment, coming from the (Australian) Labor government is leading to antisemitism. Anti-Israel rhetoric leads to attacks on Jews. It's incitement. It's actually what Hamas and Iran are also engaged in. Incitement against the Jewish state leads to physical attacks on Jews."

Senate Dems call for communications between Boris Epshteyn and Trump nominees to be preserved

The request follows reporting from Just the News and other outlets that Epshteyn, a Trump advisor during the campaign, was soliciting candidates for business while they were being considered for positions in the new administration.

Two Senate Judiciary Committee Democrats on Thursday asked the incoming Republican leadership to request that all nominees under their consideration preserve any communications with Trump campaign advisor Boris Epshteyn, according to a letter obtained by Just the News.

Epshteyn came under scrutiny by those close to President-elect Donald Trump after Just the News reported the close advisor was soliciting political candidates, a defense contractor and at least one Cabinet nominee for lucrative consulting contracts at the same time he was being paid by the campaign and advising the president-elect on legal matters.

More than a dozen candidates for congressional election or job seekers in the new administration told Just the News that Epshteyn pitched them for consulting work ranging from $10,000 a month to $100,000 dating to 2022.

Though an internal probe of Epshteyn by the campaign recommended Trump aides limit Epshteyn’s access to the president over the allegations, some Senate Democrats want to know if any other nominees set to appear before their committee were approached by the lawyer and advisor.

“[Q]uestions remain regarding whether any nominees made promises or other assurances to Mr. Epshteyn as a condition of his support,” Sens. Sheldon Whitehouse and Dick Durbin wrote to incoming Chairman Chuck Grassley and his deputy, Senator Lindsey Graham.

“Given the serious nature of these allegations, and to inform the Senate Judiciary Committee’s consideration of nominees under its jurisdiction, we request that all such nominees preserve and produce to the Committee any communications with Mr. Epshteyn,” the senators wrote in the letter, also obtained by CBS News.

Neither Epshteyn nor the Trump transition team immediately responded to a request for comment sent to a transition official from Just the News about the letter.

Epshteyn has been with Trump for nearly a decade and helped lead his legal defense against four indictments, two impeachments, and multiple lawsuits. The Washington Examiner reported that Epshteyn denies any wrongdoing, calling the claims “fake and defamatory.”

Trump previously told Just the News he was unaware that any staffer on his payroll was soliciting consulting fees from people seeking jobs or endorsements from him and would not condone such behavior.

“I suppose every President has people around them who try to make money off them on the outside. It’s a shame but it happens,” he said. “But no one working for me in any capacity should be looking to make money. They should only be here to Make America Great Again.”
