I am writing to anyone who will listen to what I have to say. I work for a news agency you know very well about. Today, we preemptively filmed a story that will be released soon. I don’t know the exact date, but considering the recent inauguration, I would say sometime right before or after then.

We got word from a source in the Pentagon that a major event is expected to occur that involves the drones seen across the greater parts of the United States. According to this source, the Space Force is taking control of all communications and will have unfettered access to all frequencies in what is called a ‘lockout procedure’. Normally, this happens when an immediate attack is expected or as an overall tactic for war. Since the inauguration is just over a month away, we’re wary of what the true reason might be.

While I wasn’t part of the story writing or filming, I am sure something is up. I am only logistics. I make sure our $25,000 cameras are packed and setup correctly and that we can get decent bandwidth for high-definition uploads. I don’t, or I should say am not allowed to be present when the field anchor is recording.

I hope for the best, but I can only expect the worst.
