All the candidates for couch boy seem to come from the northwest border region of Pakistan from Lahore to Islamabad to Peshawar. A lot of that is Punjab. The Obama admin includes many Muslims but also a non-Muslim like Verma whose parents had to leave Pakistanni Punjab during partition.
