I have asserted that strokes and heart attacks are mainly caused by cyanide poisoning. Cyanide is mainly trapped around the left side of the deltoid of the arm, rotator cuff, the left pectoral muscle, and from the side to the left shoulder blade. One would just have to analyze my lawn to see the dead spots in the strongest parts of my grass to see how it kills the lawn, the roots, and leaves dirt spots where the dead lawn actually just blows away. Even analyzing the discoloration through out will prove it. That by a neighbors sprinkler how it goes from bleached white and feathers out, being caried by the wind.

Anyways, in order to combat these symptoms it is important that you understand how cyanide is trapped and that the pressure on the left side of the left bicep goes numb an why people will also feel it in their head. This is usually proceeded by a stiffness in the neck if you are observant to the fact because the pain in your arm is because the cyanide is stuck in that area of the arm and cannot travel towards the fingernails because the elbow is also saturated. This will surely save your life as it did mine just a short while ago. You have to rest your arm on a wall or something higher and at the same time place your left foot behind your right keeping on the ball of the foot while looking down at that foot to relieve the cyanide pressure in the neck area simultaneously. After that you should be able to also crack your elbow easier. Do this a few times for about 20-30 seconds and you will be able to stop any heart attack or stroke immediately. Covering your right nostril and breathing from your left while you do this will relieve the pressure in the pectoral muscle and allow oxygen to dissipate the stagnant cyanide.

I hope you remember this, should that time ever come. 4 million people die every year from heart attacks and strokes and I am asserting that over 95% of these are due to local cyanide chemical sabotages.
