Sacrifice is an abomination and never commanded by GOD.

"For I spake not unto your fathers, nor commanded them in the day that I brought them out of the land of Egypt, concerning burnt offerings or sacrifices"

Burnt offerings were an abomination adopted from the Satanic religions. They claimed to be sacrificing to YHWH but were sacrifices to Moloch and others – just as they called their abominable golden calf YHWH.

"Yea, ye took up the tabernacle of Moloch, and the star of your god Remphan, figures which ye made to worship them: and I will carry you away beyond Babylon."

The Prophets condemned this practice.

"He that killeth an ox is as if he slew a man; he that sacrificeth a lamb, as if he cut off a dog's neck; he that offereth an oblation, as if he offered swine's blood; he that burneth incense, as if he blessed an idol. Yea, they have chosen their own ways, and their soul delighteth in their abominations."

The Essene community abstained from this practice.

"they do not offer sacrifices because they have more pure lustrations of their own; on which account they are excluded from the common court of the temple"

Jesus was opposed to this practice. "I desire mercy not sacrifice". He liberated the animals being sold in the temple for slaughter:

"And when he had made a scourge of small cords, he drove them all out of the temple, and the sheep, and the oxen; and poured out the changers' money, and overthrew the tables"

The Jerusalem Assembly also condemned this:

"That ye abstain from meats offered to idols, and from blood, and from things strangled, and from fornication: from which if ye keep yourselves, ye shall do well. Fare ye well."

The nephilim giants were the first to sin against creation by eating flesh, even that of man. Their half-breed bodies were destroyed by the flood, but their spirits continued in this realm as demons. They still maintained the same lusts (eating flesh and deviant sex) but were unable to satisfy them in their incorporeal state. So they infected man and got him to do this on their behalf. Man built idols to these demons and engaged in burnt offerings and sexual rituals before them.
