Yes, but he's already admitted that he knows she's purchasing drugs. He's taking her to the places where she's buying the drugs. If she overdoses, they may hold him responsible in some way. Or, if he gets pulled over and she has drugs on her, will they impound his vehicle (I don't know the law for uber drivers and passengers, so)? But now that he's admitted publicly that he knows what she's doing, he may be an accomplice in the eyes of the law.

We need a lawfag to clarify this.

My question is, why is Manafort getting the 'VIP' treatment in jail?

My theories-

Either Manafort was a plant put into the Trump campaign from the beginning, forced to try to find dirt on Trump, due to Manafort's 'financial' crimes (maybe they offered him a deal to be a plant)

Or, Mueller really is a white hat, and Manafort's jail stay is just for 'show', just to make the deep state buy the fact that Mueller is going after Trump, and Trump's associates. Maybe Manafort's jail stay is actually to protect Manafort. Maybe he's in jail not really because he 'belongs' there, but maybe it's how they are protecting him from being Arkancided by the deep state.

Well, it'll be a night to remembert, as long as you don't get pulled over or get into trouble. Just take them where they need to go, and get rid of them as soon as you can. If you were going to do anything, you would have needed to to it before you took her everywhere. Too late now. Just get it over with.

Good luck.
