this whole thing is simple when you think about it.
right now the "battle" getting all the attention is the one taking place between the DOJ/FBI giving documents to CONGRESS.
Why in the hell would we want CONGRESS to get a bunch of documents and evidence that they could misrepresent/leak especially when many members of CONGRESS are implicated in crimes contained in those very documents?
simple answer…. we DON'T want CONGRESS to have access to those documents until sessions/horowitz/huber are ready to unseal the indictments and take everyone DOWN.
the "BATTLE for documents" is theater and is a DISTRACTION from the real BATTLE…. the one sessions/huber/wray are waging.
notice how nobody even talks about HUBER…. no white/black hat theories…. never discussed in mainstream news. that should tell you everything you need to know.
