Death sentence for Netanyahu ‘not impossible’ – Iran

States that support Palestine should consider capital punishment for the Israeli leadership, a top diplomat in Tehran has said

Pro-Palestinian countries could bond together and issue a death sentence for Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu and other top Israeli officials for war crimes in Gaza, Iranian Deputy Foreign Minister Kazem Gharibabadi has said.

Last month, the Hague-based International Criminal Court (ICC) issued arrest warrants for Netanyahu and former Israeli Defense Minister Yoav Gallant, citing “reasonable grounds to believe” that they were committing war crimes and “other inhumane acts” during Israel’s operation against Hamas in Gaza. Israel has dismissed the court’s jurisdiction and denied committing war crimes.

In an interview published by the state-run news website ISNA, Gharibabadi argued that the ICC and the International Court of Justice – a separate judicial body that is currently examining a genocide case against Israel – do not have a good track record of prosecuting Israelis.

“Such a court probably will not issue death sentences because it is affiliated with the UN,” he said, adding that there could be an alternative “formula” for obtaining capital punishment for Israeli officials. “Issuing a death sentence for Netanyahu is not impossible,” he said.

“Multiple countries have abolished the death penalty, but there are more than 55 countries that still have this form of punishment in their laws,” the diplomat noted. “Therefore, two or three like-minded countries that support the Palestinian people and oppose [Israeli] crimes can come together and form a joint court and issue a death sentence for these officials.”

“We should try to see if it is possible,” Gharibabadi said.

Last month, Iranian Supreme Leader Ali Khamenei claimed that Netanyahu and Gallant deserve to be sentenced to death.

Relations between the Islamic Republic and the Jewish state reached a dangerous escalation this year, with the arch-rivals trading strikes in April and October. Israel has accused Tehran of orchestrating the attacks by Hamas on October 7, 2023, which triggered the current war in Gaza. Iran claimed that the Palestinian militants were acting independently and vowed to support the “Palestinian resistance.”

Nearly 45,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza since the start of Israel’s military operation in the densely populated enclave, according to the local Hamas-run authorities. The UN has repeatedly warned about a humanitarian disaster unfolding in Gaza and urged Israel not to impede the delivery of aid.

UN General Assembly calls for ‘immediate unconditional’ Gaza ceasefire

Nearly 45,000 Palestinians have been killed during Israel’s war against Hamas

The UN General Assembly has passed a resolution calling for an unconditional ceasefire between Israel and Hamas in Gaza, in the hope of ending the 14-month war.

The non-binding document approved on Wednesday by a vote of 158-9, with 13 abstentions, calls for “an immediate, unconditional and permanent ceasefire,” and urges “the immediate and unconditional release of all hostages.”

The General Assembly took action after the US vetoed a similarly worded document in the UN Security Council last month. Washington argued at the time that it would not endorse a deal not directly linked to the release of all remaining Israeli hostages by Hamas. The US reaffirmed its position during Wednesday’s vote, with Ambassador Robert Wood describing the resolution as “shameful and wrong.”

“At a time when Hamas is feeling isolated due to the ceasefire in Lebanon, the draft resolution on a ceasefire in Gaza risks sending a dangerous message to Hamas that there’s no need to negotiate or release the hostages,” Wood told the General Assembly.

Israel’s envoy, Danny Danon, also argued that an unconditional ceasefire would only benefit Hamas. “The vote today is not a vote for compassion. It is a vote for complicity,” he said.

Nearly 45,000 Palestinians have been killed in Gaza by Israeli forces since October 2023, according to local Hamas-run authorities. The UN has repeatedly warned about the dire humanitarian situation in the densely populated Palestinian enclave, with the organization’s Middle East peace coordinator, Muhannad Hadi, telling the Security Council last month, “as winter approaches, the horror in Gaza continues to grind on with no end in sight.”

Israel has insisted that its operation in Gaza will continue until all hostages are rescued and the threats to the Jewish state from Hamas and allied groups are eliminated.

The war broke out on October 7, 2023, when Hamas carried out a surprise attack on Israeli cities, killing some 1,200 people and abducting over 250. According to Israeli officials, around 100 hostages remain in captivity.

Judge Tanya Chutkan: A Radical Marxist in a Robe Waging War on America

Tanya Chutkan: A Radical Marxist in a Robe Waging War on America

The American judiciary, once the pillar of fairness and justice, has been infiltrated by ideologues hell-bent on dismantling the Constitution. Nowhere is this more evident than in the actions of Judge Tanya Chutkan, whose record reveals a blatant bias against conservatives and an unrelenting dedication to advancing the radical Marxist agenda.

Elevated to power by Barack Obama, Chutkan has become a symbol of the weaponization of the judiciary, earning her the moniker “Antifa Woman of the Year” for her unapologetic allegiance to leftist extremism. In essence, Judge Chutkan is Susan Rosenberg in a robe—a revolutionary hiding behind the gavel.

Tanya Chutkan: A Radical Marxist Legacy

Judge Tanya Chutkan’s Marxist worldview is no coincidence—it is her legacy. Her maternal grandfather, Frank Hill, was a communist revolutionary in Jamaica who co-founded the socialist People’s National Party (PNP). Hill’s radical collectivist policies devastated Jamaica’s economy and future, leaving a legacy of economic stagnation and political instability. This ideology runs through Chutkan’s veins.

Barack Obama, a president known for his affinity for anti-American radicals, handpicked Chutkan for her role on the D.C. bench. Her appointment was part of a calculated effort to infiltrate the judiciary with operatives loyal to the far-left cause. Chutkan’s actions reveal her true intent: to transform the judiciary into a weapon for silencing dissent, crushing political opponents, and advancing a collectivist, anti-American vision.

The Susan Rosenberg of the Judiciary

Tanya Chutkan’s record draws chilling parallels to Susan Rosenberg, the notorious left-wing domestic terrorist involved in bombings and violence during the 1980s. While Rosenberg’s crimes included bombing the U.S. Capitol and plotting armed insurrections, she has since been embraced by the left and now lectures on “justice reform.” Chutkan, from her bench, embodies the same revolutionary spirit as Rosenberg—though her tools are judicial rulings, not explosives. Like Rosenberg, she operates with a disdain for the Constitution, using her position to advance a political agenda that threatens the very fabric of America.

Her rulings consistently punish peaceful conservatives while excusing violent leftist radicals. Her disproportionate sentencing of January 6th defendants, compared to the leniency shown to Antifa and Black Lives Matter rioters, is a glaring example of her willingness to apply “justice” selectively to favor her ideological allies.

Rewarding Violence, Punishing Prayer

The double standard Chutkan champions couldn’t be clearer. In 2020, violent mobs openly attacked police, hurled explosives, burned cities, and looted businesses in the name of “social justice.” Many declared their intent to prevent the peaceful transfer of power by opposing President Trump. Yet these radicals were rewarded with over $4 million in settlements for alleged mistreatment. Their actions, framed as a righteous stand against Trump, were not only excused but celebrated by the left and the judiciary alike.

Meanwhile, on January 6th, peaceful protesters who entered the Capitol—some to pray—have been labeled “insurrectionists” and subjected to unprecedented legal persecution. Chutkan has led the charge in punishing these individuals, often exceeding prosecutorial recommendations and issuing harsh sentences designed to send a political message. Her disregard for individual intent, proportionality, and fairness makes it clear: this is not about justice. This is about vengeance.

The Antifa Woman of the Year

For her role in enabling and excusing leftist violence while ruthlessly punishing conservatives, Judge Tanya Chutkan has rightly earned the title of “Antifa Woman of the Year.” Her courtroom is not a place of impartiality but a battlefield for ideological warfare, where justice is secondary to advancing the Marxist agenda. Chutkan doesn’t merely sympathize with Antifa and BLM—she embodies their mission from the bench, using her rulings to undermine the Constitution and silence opposition.

The D.C. Bench: A Radical Breeding Ground

Chutkan is not an anomaly. The D.C. bench has become a breeding ground for radical leftist judges who operate with impunity, insulated by a jury pool steeped in the same ideology. In this environment, peaceful prayer inside the Capitol is treated as an “insurrection,” while firebombing police precincts is rewarded with taxpayer-funded payouts.

Chutkan’s ex-husband, Peter Krauthamer, is another example of this swamp-like judicial network. A fellow Obama appointee, Krauthamer epitomizes the incestuous nature of the D.C. judiciary—a web of ideologues working together to protect their own and punish dissenters. This “family vine” of radical judges has entrenched itself in the judiciary, creating a system where impartiality is impossible, and justice is dead.

A Call to Action: Congress Must Do Its Job

The American people are tired of meaningless press releases and hollow outrage from elected officials. It’s time for Congress—especially House Republicans—to abandon strongly worded letters and media statements and do their jobs. Impeachment exists for a reason, and it’s long overdue. Radical judges like Tanya Chutkan, who have turned the judiciary into a political weapon, must be removed from the bench to restore faith in the justice system.

This isn’t just about Chutkan—it’s about the survival of America as a constitutional republic. Allowing these radicals to remain in power will cement the judiciary as a tool of the left, eroding the principles of liberty, equality, and fairness for generations to come.
