The New York Times is peddling a false narrative to advance its partisan agenda.
@DrJBhattacharya’s WSJ article from March 2020 was important and correct. It didn’t “predict only 20k-40k” coronavirus deaths; it made the needed observation that the lack of data meant one could plausibly forecast anywhere from 20k to 2 million pandemic deaths.
Anyone with a third-grade reading ability would understand this, yet the NYT clings to its lie.
Must mean that the NYT is worrried that @DrJBhattacharya will clean house at the NIH.
They smear what they fear.

By deliberately making false claims, @nytimes slanders and defames @DrJBhattacharya,@realDonaldTrump's pick for NIH director. Instead of correcting, NYT doubled down.
