depends on who posts it, but the guy you capped is right. not many people can see the history of the US and Freemasonry. just about every aspect of the US was practiced in lodges long before the americas were even "discovered." it's even possible that the freemasons knew about the americas long before columbus or anybody even decided to set out to sea. the rumors are that in the 1300s, after the vatican and king shithead the fair arrested and killed most of the templars, the monks of the order took to the sea and fled with their naval ships, capturing or destroying as many european ships as they could. this was done under the templar navy battle standard, the skull and crossbones. later more popularly known as the most recognizable pirate flag. now widely used in freemasonry to symbolize mortality.
