President Trump Confirms Emissary Position – Ric Grenell, Presidential Envoy for Special Missions

December 15, 2024 | Sundance1/2(Really good explanation of Emissary!)

It is all coming together nicely. With Lt General Keith Kellogg special envoy to Ukraine and Russia, and with the appointment of Steven C. Witkoff to be Special Envoy to the Middle East,President Trump has essentially created a construct that works around the insufferable issues with a globalist State Department.

Senator Marco Rubio was nominated for Secretary of State, thereby removing him from the Senate Intelligence Committeeand leadership role in Gang of Eight intel; but Trump simultaneously put in guardrails against the neocon tendencies of the Florida Senator and junior McCain.

Rubio doesn’t have Ukraine/Russia in his portfolio, nor does he have diplomatic or policy control over the Middle East.President Trump has neutered the State Department, and the cherry on the proverbial cake is what he just announced. [Source]

Yes, President Trump has just confirmed that Ric Grenell will be the “Emissary” we have discussed. Great job Mr President(for all the obvious reasons).

With Nunes leading a private intel advisory committeeand with Grenell being the most powerful, agile and flexible person to run strategic foreign policy operations, thetentacle influence of the Deep State is removed from the Oval Office. Now the official cabinet team can start pouring sunlight into the silos.

Without a doubt in my mind, the “emissary” is the most important person President Trump will select.

The Washington DC Intelligence Community (IC) actively work to isolate the office of the president. This is an almost impossible dynamic to avoid, caused by an entrenched and ideological adversary who has dug themselves deep into the apparatus of government.

The “emissary” is the person who carries the word of President Trump to any person identified by President Trump. The emissary is very much like a tape recording of President Trump in human form. The emissary travels to a location, meets a particular person or group, and then recites the opinion of the President. The words spoken by the emissary, are the words of President Trump.

The IC cannot inject themselves into this dynamic; that is why it is so valuable.

The emissary then hears the response from the intended person or group, repeats it back to them to ensure he/she will return with clarity of intent as expressed, and then returns to the office of the presidency and repeats the reply for the President. The emissary recites back exactly what he was /is told.

This process is critical when you understand how thoroughly compromised the full Executive Branch is. More importantly, this process becomes even more critical when you accept the Intelligence Community will lieto the office of the President to retain their position.

Read this next sentence slowly…. If the Senate confirms a director of an IC silo, then that director is demonstrably going to lie to the office of the President.

The Senate only confirms Intelligence Community leadership who are willing to LIE to THE PRESIDENT. This is just a factual reality.

If the Senate Select Committee on Intelligence (SSCI) confirms them, they will lie. That is the main role of the SSCI.

The people who constructed the Silos then metastasized the control rot within them, use the term “continuity of government,” to describe the true role and responsibility of the system. This is not factually wrong.

2/2

Where people go wrong is misunderstanding what the “continuity” is that is being maintained. Truly, the continuity of government is the priority. However, it’s the continuity of currently corrupt and immoral government we are now maintaining.

• The CIA Director will lie to President Trump (they did, remember), the information that comes from within the CIA institution is political and false.

• The FBI Leadership will lie to President Trump (they did, remember), the information that comes from within the FBI institution is political and false.

• The AG will lie, same problem.

• The DNI will lie, same problem.

• The NSA will lie, and all the deputies therein will lie, same problem, same problem, same problem.

Washington DC puts it this way, you probably heard Bill Barr talking about ad-infinitum. The IC leadership is responsible for maintaining the “continuity of government” at all costs. The government is more important than The President.

If the continuity of government is maintained by lying to the office of the President, then so be it. Or, as James Comey said when justifying his lies to the President and his manipulation on March 20th, 2017: “because of the sensitivity of the matter.”

You can get as angry as you want about this, it’s just the DC system that exists. We must deal with what exists, not what we would pretend there to be.

If a candidate for an IC position is not willing to lie to the President, that is to believe the lies that come from within the silo they are in charge of, then the Senate will not confirm him/her.This is why President Trump needs an emissary.

The role of the emissary is critical, the qualifications for that role are extremely important.

Remember, this person is speaking on behalf of President Trump. And representing the responding voice with a similar level of clarity.

The emissary must be of incredible moral character. They must be honest. The person should be entirely altruistic. They must have exceptional judgement, possess no ego, be impervious to scrutiny or review. They must maintain themselves at the highest moral standards at all times and exhibit incredible judgement and wisdom.

Due to the nature of the position the emissary is extremely powerful; therefore, a disposition of humility is also critical. The President must be able to trust this person without reservation or issue. At the same time, the entire weight of the U.S. Intelligence Community apparatus will seek to compromise the emissary, as they try to put walls around the President who holds silo-busting power.

Honesty, integrity, humility, trustworthiness, unimpeachable character and exceptional judgement, establish the baseline of traits the emissary must possess.

This is a choice that will be deeply important to President Trump. Fortunately, it is not a position that requires any confirmation or external approval. Judgement, discernment, wisdom and silence are the strength characteristics.

Excellent choice!

Ukraine unveils laser weapon ‘based on UK prototypes’

Iona Cleave Wed, December 18, 2024 at 10:27 AM EST

Yahoo is using AI to generate takeaways from this article. This means the info may not always match what's in the article.

Key Takeaways

• Ukraine has developed a cutting-edge laser weapon that is ready to shoot down Russian jets, a military commander has revealed.

• The weapon is known as Tryzub (Trident), and is thought to have been modelled on a UK prototype after designs were shared with Kyiv earlier this year.

• Col Vadym Sukharevskyi, the commander of Ukraine’s Unmanned Systems Forces, said the advanced laser system is capable of downing aircraft at distances of more than 2km.

“It really works; it really exists,” he said at a defence industry conference, in Ukraine’s first official acknowledgement of the existence of Tryzub. The commander noted Ukraine was only the fifth country to possess a high-power laser weapon, which uses an intense light beam to cut through its target.

Trident, which is also a symbol featured on Ukraine’s coat of arms, was “already” ready to shoot down Russian jets, Col Sukharevskyi claimed, adding that efforts were under way to improve its capabilities. He did not elaborate further on its specifics, and The Telegraph cannot independently verify his claims.

Grant Shapps, the then defence secretary, said in Aprilthat the UK’s DragonFire laser, which is due to be deployed in 2027, could be used in Ukraine to counter Russian drones and missiles==. He said the laser guns, also known as directed energy weapons, could have “huge ramifications” for the conflict, adding that the British military was rushing to get it into service.

The DragonFire, built by British scientists, is a revolutionary ÂŁ10-a-shot laser said to have enough precision to hit a ÂŁ1 coin over a kilometre away.

Originally slated for production in 2033, the electrically powered system is now scheduled to be deployed on Royal Navy warships six years earlier than expected.

“It didn’t have to be 100 per cent perfect in order for Ukrainians perhaps to get their hands on it,” Mr Shapps said at the time. The UK Ministry of Defence has been asked for comment.

Trident could soon help defend Ukraine’s skies. Russian hypersonic missiles, which can travel as fast as 3,800mph, are difficult to target with physical weaponry but could be more easily shot down with a laser beam.

It could also provide an inexpensive means to counter Russia’s constant drone attacks.“The big deal with lasers is that they provide a way of downing cheap weaponssuch as drones without using something costing vastly more,” Martin J Dougherty, a weapons expert and author of Aircraft, Tanks and Artillery of the Ukraine War, told The Telegraph.

Mr Dougherty added that the war in Ukraine had helped usher in a new dawn of arms development, which he described as “cheap rubbish” – weapons designed to “overwhelm the expensive defence systems everyone has in place”. “Low-capability weapons are being deployed in huge numbers.

Lasering them seems to be a promisingly low-cost counter once the lasers themselves are in place,” he said.

Western militaries have been increasingly intrigued by laser guns as a cheap alternative to using expensive drones and missiles to shoot down and hit targets.

Speaking at the European Defence Industry: Prospects for Cooperation with the Ukrainian Defence Industry event in Kyiv, Col. Sukharevskyi alsodiscussed the development of so-called “queen drones”, which lead a flock of FPV (first-person view) attack drones. These unmanned aerial vehicles, he said, are capable of flying more than 70km into enemy territory to hit deep targets. He described them as a “breakthrough” in Ukrainian drone technology.

The Unmanned Systems Forces was established less than six months ago in response to Ukraine ramping up its domestic drone production. It includes combat and research units operating across air, land, and sea.

Colorado Driver Busted For DUI Crash Explained To Cops That He Was A "Professional Drinker"

After causing a three-car crash, a Colorado manwhose blood alcohol content was later measured at over four times the legal limitexplained to arresting officers that he was a “professional drinker,” according to an arrest report.

Investigators busted Matthew Kampmann, a 34-year-old Denver resident, for driving under the influence, careless driving, and operating an uninsured vehicle following a Wednesday afternoon accident earlier this month.

According to police, Kampmann (seen at right) plowed his 2000 Nissan Sentra into the rear of a Subaru stopped in traffic on a street in Wheat Ridge, a Denver suburb. The Subaru then lurched forward and hit a third car.

When cops contacted Kampmann, he allegedly smelled of booze, had bloodshot eyes, and his speech was slurred. When one officer asked another if there was indication of drug use on Kampmann’s part, the suspect piped in: “No drugs man just just just a lot of drinking.”

Kampmann would go on to explain that he was no amateur. “Matthew told me that he was a professional drinker while slurring his speech,” a cop noted. He later described himself as a “professional alcoholic” while preparing to take a breath test that would eventually record a .326 BAC (the state limit is .08).

A search of Kampmannwho said he consumed 10 drinksrecovered an empty Jim Beam shooter in a pants pocket, while “numerous empty and full Jim Beam shooters and several empty Modelo beer cans” littered his car floorboards.

Police later released Kampmann into the custody of his wife, who “was a sober driver.”

In 2020, a Florida Man assured cops that, “I’m a professional drinker” after being pulled over for speeding. George Emmanuel, now 59, had a BAC nearly triple the .08 limit. Arrested for DUI, he later copped to a reduced charge of reckless driving and was sentenced to 12 months probation, ordered to perform 50 hours of community service, and “attend DUI school.”

Ric Grennell, Matt Gaetz and Beattie Take MAGA Fight Against Gov. Weaponization Global in Calls to Free Imran Khan…

December 17, 2024 (a day ago)

One major objective in Trump’s second term is setting the conditions for the restoration of legitimacy across our weaponized institutions. A necessary step toward legitimacy, however, is a full reckoning of the politically motivated crimes and corruption that took place under the auspices of the DOJ, FBI, DHS, and other national security and law enforcement bureaucracies. We already see major steps in the right direction with the exposure of the disinformation censorship cartel and its retreat (at least domestically) and similar exposure of the truth about the January 6 Fedsurrection (which Revolver News readers would have been well aware of in advance, though the rest of the world is slowly catching up).

The MAGA fight against the political weaponization of government is not simply a domestic one, however, as a curious twist of events has reminded us.

Yesterday a Pakistani media outlet aligned with the military establishment in Pakistan rather crudely attacked Ric Grenell, Trump’s former head of DNI, who was recently named as a special envoy. Grennell responded boldly by affirming his desire to free Imran Khan, the Trump-aligned former Prime Minister of Pakistan who has been imprisoned by the current corrupt Pakistani government:

Incidentally, it turns out that the Pakistani government-aligned media outlet that insulted Ric Grenell actually receives funding from the US government via USAID. “Not anymore,” Grenell says.

MAGA firebrand Matt Gaetz lent his voice to the discussion, calling for Khan to be freed:

Revolver readers will be familiar with the story of Imran Khan’s unjust imprisonment. In fact, Revolver’s very own Darren Beattie was the last western journalist to have interviewed Prime Minister Khan before, largely thanks to the Biden Administration’s collaboration with Pakistan’s deep state, Khan was imprisoned.

In the interview, Beattie laid out the fascinating parallels between Trump and his friend Imran Khan:

Beattie further elaborated that it was none other than Color Revolution architect and arch-neocon Trump nemesis Victoria Nuland who would have signed off on and orchestrated Khan’s ouster (how’s that for election meddling?).

Nuland’s role, not only as a color revolution regime change operative but also as a premier never-Trump force (because Trump refuses war with Russia), was so notorious that Trump himself called out Nuland extensively and by name in one of his all-time greatest policy statements:

For decades, we’ve had the very same people, such as (current Under Secretary of State for Political Affairs) Victoria Nuland and many others just like her obsessed with pushing Ukraine toward NATO, not to mention the State Department support for uprisings in Ukraine.

These people have been seeking confrontation for a long time, much like the case in Iraq and other parts of the world. And now, we’re teetering on the brink of World War Three.

Readers can listen to Beattie’s entire interview with Khan here:

The story of the Biden Administration essentially encouraging a color revolution plot to oust the democratically elected Prime Minister Khan is a scandal that hasn’t received sufficient attention. It is also a story of rank hypocrisy. After all, how many times has the Biden Administration falsely accused Russia of meddling in our elections to help Trump? And yet here we have a genuine, egregious, and utterly counterproductive example of direct meddling on the part of the Biden administration. What was Khan’s great offense? Khan had the audacity to go to Russia shortly after Russia’s invasion of Ukraine (the trip was entirely pre-planned and in no way constituted an endorsement of the invasion). The true offense is likely much deeper, in that Khan, like Trump, has been a fierce critic of the US war in Iraq, the foreign policy disaster of which Victoria Nuland’s husband Robert Kagan was a chief architect… continued

In light of Trump’s interest in ending the Ukraine war, it is now possible that an America First foreign policy could serve as a basis for a new relationship with Pakistan that appropriately corrects the globalized weaponization of government that resulted in Khan’s imprisonment. Khan’s release would furthermore be a major positive step toward correcting yet another geopolitical blunder of the Biden Administration and win a lot of goodwill in the Pakistani community, in which Khan is hailed as a great populist leader. The public remarks of Grenell, Gaetz, and others seem to indicate that this happy possibility is closer than ever. We shall see…

Ready to be blown away? Here’s the ‘secret sauce’ to identifying 60 years of US psyops… December 18, 2024 (6 hours ago) 1/2

Benjamin Carlson @bfcarlson

The CIA has run psyops on the American public for years. In this 1983 clip, ex-agent Frank Snepp explains how the CIA did it in Vietnam.

@Snowden highlighted a clip of this interview as the most important of 2022. Here is the full discussion. 1. Spreading Disinformation

What we’re about to share might not blow your mind—you probably already know what’s up. But something remarkable is happening in this country right now, and it’s worth talking about. Americans, from both sides of the aisle and even the middle, who used to blindly trust the government and so-called “experts,” are now questioning everything. The same people who used to “go with the flow” are now giving every story and every elite claim a well-deserved side-eye.

The awakening started decades ago for some—the so-called “anti-government kooks” you were told to shun, mock, and dismiss as “weirdos” for daring to question the official narrative.

This is the “stereotypical” ’90s guy you were told to mock and fear—just because he didn’t buy what the government was selling. Little did we know back then, but this guy was way ahead of his time—and a national hero.

Widespread mistrust of the US government, media, and “experts” didn’t go mainstream until President Trump splashed onto the scene. That’s why they hate him so much. He’s the cog in their machine. The disruptor who yanked back the curtain and exposed just enough to jolt the country awake. Thanks mostly to Trump’s America First movement, we now know the truth: many so-called “experts” are just political pawns, there’s one big “uniparty” screwing us all over, and the fake news media is running a giant CIA psyop on the American people. ttps://twitter.com/CitizenFreePres/status/1706853987780059579

That’s right—we thought those CIA “mind control” tricks were reserved for foreign hellholes. Turns out, they’re using those same nasty tactics on us.

By now, you likely know how the CIA operates. They have a playbook for manipulating the masses, and it’s probably not as complicated as some might think. Their go-to weapon is psychological operations, or psyops—a fancy term for “mind games” on a global, now national, scale. They plant narratives in the media, push emotional triggers, and flood the airwaves with carefully crafted “crises” to steer public opinion exactly where they want it. They know fear and confusion make people easier to control, so they whip up hysteria, then swoop in with the “solution” that just happens to fit their agenda.

Amazing how that works, right?

These guys are pros at making you believe you came to these conclusions all on your own. Whether it’s hyping a foreign threat to funnel billions in tax dollars, vilifying a political opponent to throw him in jail, or pushing a mail-order pandemic, the strategy is always the same: control the story, shape the message, and silence dissenting voices. And if you dare to question the narrative, well, congrats—you’re now a “conspiracy theorist” or an anti-

American domestic terrorist.

Rinse and repeat.

Honestly, it’s manipulation in plain sight, and it’s happening every day in this country. The government doesn’t care about your well-being. They’re not guiding you; they’re herding you.

For those still on the fence and confused about what’s going on, we’ve got a simple way for you to spot new psyops—and even trace them back 60+ years. Sean Davis, editor of “The Federalist,” dropped a banger of a post exposing the sleazy, underhanded tricks our government has been pulling for decades.

Sean Davis:

Ready to have your minds blown? I know what’s going on with the drones, and I will share it with you. But I’m also to give you the secret to seeing through all the nonsense we’ve been peddled for 60+ years.

What I am about to reveal to you is the Rosetta Stone for interpreting every major news event. I will give you the secret to unlocking the mystery. One simple assumption will reveal everything. Are you ready?

“The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.”

That’s it. That’s all you need to assume, and you will be correct. Think I’m crazy? That it couldn’t possibly be that simple? That it could never be that obvious? Let’s try it out and see how it works.

• Who killed JFK? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• How did the cartels manage to get so many drugs into and so much cash out of the U.S.? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• Why were all those women and children at Waco burned to death? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• Who let the 9/11 hijackers into the U.S.? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• Why were there no WMDs in Iraq? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• What caused the housing market collapse and the massive devaluation of the U.S. dollar? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• What happened with all that Russian collusion stuff in 2016? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• Where did COVID originate? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• Why was discussion of Hunter Biden’s laptop banned in 2020? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• Who blew up the NordStream pipeline? The U.S. government was behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.

• And finally: what’s going on with all those drones in the Northeast? Say it with me: “The U.S. government is behind it and is lying to you to cover it up.”

Every time there is some major new story that everyone is fixated on, assume that the story exists because your government is trying to manipulate you for its own purposes, and you will be correct at least 9 out of 10 times. Maybe even 99 out of 100.

Follow this simple rule, and you will know what is actually happening before anyone else. You will appear to be clairvoyant. And you will have a superpower that no one in corporate media has: the ability to see the truth.

Use it wisely.

https://twitter.com/seanmdav/status/1868714070620168388

Well done, and spot-on, Sean.

Sure, you probably already know this stuff, but here’s the thing: it takes a “great awakening” to spark the kind of reform and reprogramming this country desperately needs. So spread the word, far and wide, and wake up anybody who’s still in a government-induced haze.

This realization is like toothpaste—once it’s out of the tube, there’s no shoving it back in. So keeping that in mind, here are some memes to inspire and enlighten you.

JD Vance

@JDVance

A statement from President Donald J. Trump and Vice President-Elect JD Vance:

The most foolish and inept thing ever done by Congressional Republicans was allowing our country to hit the debt ceiling in 2025. It was a mistake and is now something that must be addressed.

Meanwhile, Congress is considering a spending bill that would give sweetheart provisions for government censors and for Liz Cheney. The bill would make it easier to hide the records of the corrupt January 6 committee—which accomplished nothing for the American people and hid security failures that happened that day. This bill would also give Congress a pay increase while many Americans are struggling this Christmas.

Increasing the debt ceiling is not great but we’d rather do it on Biden’s watch.

If Democrats won’t cooperate on the debt ceiling now, what makes anyone think they would do it in June during our administration? Let’s have this debate now. And we should pass a streamlined spending bill that doesn’t give Chuck Schumer and the Democrats everything they want.

Republicans want to support our farmers, pay for disaster relief, and set our country up for success in 2025.The only way to do that is with a temporary funding bill WITHOUT DEMOCRAT GIVEAWAYS combined with an increase in the debt ceiling. Anything else is a betrayal of our country.

Republicans must GET SMART and TOUGH. If Democrats threaten to shut down the government unless we give them everything they want, then CALL THEIR BLUFF.It is Schumer and Biden who are holding up aid to our farmers and disaster relief.

THIS CHAOS WOULD NOT BE HAPPENING IF WE HAD A REAL PRESIDENT. WE WILL IN 32 DAYS!

Trump’s Ukraine envoy condemns murder of Russian general. Kiev broke “the rules of warfare” by targeting a top military officer in Moscow, Keith Kellogg has said(Oh Shit Zelensky and team are f’ed)

The assassination of Russian General Igor Kirillov in Moscow probably won’t impede peace talks, but was “not a good idea at all” for Kiev, US President-elect Donald Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine and Russia, Keith Kellogg, has said.

Kirillov, who commanded the Russian Radiological, Chemical, and Biological Defense Forces, was killed in an explosion in southeastern Moscow early on Tuesday. The Russian authorities have detained a suspect, whom they say was recruited by Ukrainian intelligence and paid to carry out the attack.

In an interview with Fox News on Wednesday, Kellogg was asked whether the murder of Kirillov would hinder peace talks between Moscow and Kiev, which Trump hopes to broker once inaugurated next month.

“I don’t think it’s really a setback,” he responded, “but I would say this: there are rules of warfare and there are certain things that you just kind of don’t do.”

“When you’re killing flag officers, general officers – admirals or generals – in their hometown, it’s kind of like you’re extending it and I don’t think it’s really smart to do it. It’s not kind of the rules of war,”he continued, reiterating that the bombing was “not a good idea at all, in my opinion.”

In light of the murder, former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev has warned that “all NATO decision-makers” from countries assisting Ukraine “can and should be considered legitimate military targets for the Russian state.”

Kellogg, formerly a lieutenant general in the US Army, confirmed to Fox News that he will travel to Kiev before next month’s inauguration on a “fact-finding” mission. Kellogg will not travel to Moscow, but according to a Bloomberg report earlier on Wednesday, he is open to the idea.

Previously a staunch supporter of increased military aid to Kiev, Kellogg was nominated as Trump’s special envoy for Ukraine and Russia last month. In an announcement on social media, the incoming president promised that Kellogg would help “secure PEACE THROUGH STRENGTH, and Make America, and the World, SAFE AGAIN!”

Back in June, Kellogg told Reuters that he had advised Trump to use military aid as leverage to force Moscow and Kiev into peace talks.“We tell the Ukrainians: ‘You’ve got to come to the table, and if you don’t come to the table, support from the United States will dry up,’” he told the news agency.

“And you tell [Russian President Vladimir] Putin he’s got to come to the table and if you don’t come to the table, then we’ll give Ukrainians everything they need to kill you in the field.”

Trump has repeatedly promised to end the conflict within a day of taking office, without providing any detailed plan as to how he intends to achieve this goal.

Moscow maintains that any settlement must begin with Ukraine ceasing military operations and acknowledging the “territorial reality” that it will never regain control of the regions of Donetsk, Lugansk, Kherson, and Zaporozhye, as well as Crimea. In addition, the Kremlin insists that the goals of its military operation – which include Ukrainian neutrality, demilitarization, and denazification – will be achieved.

(This is the best think Kellogg has done, he should have given condolences, but that might be too far. But it would go a long way. So Zelensky and crew can't commit terrorism when Trump gets in.)

Medvedev warns The Times over response to Russian general’s murder

The British daily has described Igor Kirillov’s assassination as a “legitimate act of defense” by Ukraine

Former Russian President Dmitry Medvedev on Wednesday slammed British daily The Times for justifying the assassination of Lt. Gen. Igor Kirillov, who headed Russia’s Radiological, Chemical, and Biological Defense Forces. Medvedev criticized the editors as “lousy jackals” who are part of a hybrid war against Russia.

In an article on Tuesday, the UK outlet claimed that its sources within Ukraine’s security services admitted responsibility for the general's assassination. It went on to describe the incident as “a legitimate act of defense by a threatened nation.”(The General saved lives by exposing the Bio-labs, this General was revealing crimes of the US on Ukrainian soil. And they had bio identification of even Ukrainian genome, to kill the people of Ukraine. This sounds like a CIA murder, they are still hiding other bio-labs in Ukraine)

“The assassination is a discriminate strike against an aggressor,” The Times wrote. The paper further characterized Kirillov’s killing as an “eminently defensible” act that should be seen as “a warning and deterrent to other plenipotentiaries of [Russian President] Vladimir Putin.”

Kirillov died in a blast outside his residence on Tuesday morning. Russian investigators said an improvised explosive device (IED) packed with up to 1kg of TNT was attached to an electric scooter parked near the building’s entrance. Investigators suspect Ukrainian special services of orchestrating the attack, which took place mere hours after the general was accused by Kiev of being linked to the use of chemical agents on the battlefield, a claim Moscow has denied.

“It’s impossible to ignore the editorial published in The Times, where the bastards called the terrorist attack on Igor Kirillov and his assistant a ‘legitimate act of defense’,”Medvedev, who currently serves as deputy head of the Russian Security Council, said in a Telegram post.

He stated that according to the logic employed by The Times, its entire management could now be considered “legitimate military targets” for Russia, along with all Western decision-makers.

“All NATO decision-makers from countries that provided military assistance to Bandera Ukraine are participating in a hybrid or conventional war against Russia… All these individuals can and should be considered legitimate military targets for the Russian state,” Medvedev said, adding that the people“who committed crimes against Russia” always have accomplices, including in the media.

“And they, too, are now legitimate military targets. These may include the lousy jackals from The Times, who cowardly hid behind an editorial… So, be careful! After all, a lot can happen in London,”he warned.

Russian authorities have launched a criminal probe into Kirillov’s death and brought charges of murder, terrorism, and illegal weapons trafficking. On Wednesday, the Investigative Committee announced it has detained a 29-year-old citizen of Uzbekistan suspected of carrying out the attack.According to the investigators, the suspect admitted that he had been recruited by the SBU, and agreed to carry out the bombing in exchange for a reward of $100,000 and safe passage to the EU.
